Born in 1962, studies of product design and architecture.
In 1994 he founded the design firm brodbeck design, based in Munich, Germany.

Previously he worked as a designer at frogdesign, for prominent clients both in Germany and the United States. He set up exhibitions for Dokumenta AG in Kassel, and worked as a designer for Eichinger/Knechtl, an architectual firm in Vienna.
